Their privacy terms, and those of external payment providers, apply to the information they process for your order.

Because VGR Australia is a medicine-related website, even ordinary browsing can reveal sensitive interests. We therefore keep tracking limited and do not use advertising trackers.

Your cart, display choice and currency preference are stored in your browser so the site works properly as you move between pages.

Ordering and fulfilment

When you continue to checkout, the information needed to process your order may be handled by the pharmacy partner responsible for fulfilment, payment, dispensing, pharmacy checks and delivery.

Payment, dispensing, pharmacy checks and delivery are handled under the pharmacy partner’s own terms and privacy policy. VGR Australia does not decide whether a medicine is clinically suitable for you.

Discreet packaging is included, but it does not make an order anonymous: pharmacy partners, payment providers and delivery services still need information to process, fulfil and deliver it. Delivery-insurance claims may require parcel details and relevant support messages.

Order support, delivery claims, cancellation requests and payment questions should be handled through live chat or the secure customer portal, not by email. Email is reserved for catalogue corrections, site issues, removal requests, business enquiries and other non-order matters.

What is kept, and by whom

VGR Australia, the platform, does not keep order or customer records itself. Your cart and preferences stay in your own browser, and checkout details go to the pharmacy partner that handles the order.

Pharmacy partners keep only the information needed to process your order. They also keep some of your recent order details to track the order and to recognise you as a returning customer, so the repeat-order discount can be applied and, if you choose, reminders can be sent.

To ask what a pharmacy partner holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the live chat or the customer portal.

Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary cookies or similar security values when needed for fraud prevention, bot protection, rate limiting or challenge pages.

Cloudflare analytics and performance tools are used for security, reliability and aggregate site measurement, not advertising.

What we do not use

VGR Australia does not use:

  • TikTok Pixel
  • Google Ads remarketing tags
  • affiliate tracking cookies
  • cross-site advertising profiles set by VGR Australia
  • user accounts for ordinary browsing

If this changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

Server logs and security

Our hosting and security providers may process standard server logs for reliability, abuse prevention and site protection.
